How it works

Start with what your company already knows.

Most companies don't have an expertise problem. They have a publishing problem. Here's how we deal with that, and the three ways we get access to what you know.

The model

Six steps, and you're only involved in one of them.

01

The expertise already exists.

It's in your head. It's in your estimator's head. It's in the tech who's been there nineteen years and can diagnose a problem over the phone. It's in proposals you've already written and calls you've already taken. Nobody wrote any of it down, because writing it down was never anybody's job.

02

We get it out.

Sometimes that's an interview. Sometimes it's a stack of documents you already have. Sometimes it's a recording you already made. The method changes depending on where the material is. What we're after doesn't change: what you know, what you've done, and how you decide.

03

We turn it into something useful.

Articles, answers, breakdowns, comparisons, the questions buyers actually ask before they call. Written from your material, holding your position, with the specifics left in. AI can help with the work. It shouldn't be the source of the expertise.

04

It gets published on what you own.

Your website holds the depth. That's the asset you keep and the one that shows up when somebody checks you. Use social to distribute it. Put the real authority on your own website.

05

Then you use it everywhere else.

Sales follow-up. Proposals. Email. Onboarding. Customer education. Presentations. A rep sends a link instead of writing the same explanation for the ninth time this quarter.

06

It keeps building.

You can write twenty articles and still not be an authority. Six months from now you should know more, have better examples, and have answered questions you hadn't heard yet. That's the part that compounds, and it's the reason this isn't a project with an end date.

Where we start

Where's the expertise sitting?

That's the first question. Not which program you want. Most companies don't fit perfectly into one box, and they don't need to.

Content Engine

You're already producing something. A podcast, webinars, recorded Zoom calls, sales calls, presentations, video. The value got created once and then sat there. We get more out of it.

How Content Engine works

Authority Interviews

It's in your people's heads and it's never coming out on its own. Someone on our team interviews your experts the way a trade journalist would, and pulls out the details they'd never think to write down.

How Authority Interviews works

Invisible Authority

It's already written down somewhere. Proposals, technical docs, case studies, training material, old presentations. We work from what the company already has. You never record anything.

How Invisible Authority works

Ready when you are

Not sure which one you are?

Most people aren't, and it doesn't matter much at this stage. It's the first thing we sort out on a call, and we'll tell you straight if the answer is none of them yet.
